Founded in 2005 by a team of ambitious professionals, Crown Hill Contracting merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that would earn a remarkable reputation as a leading contracting company for both new construction and home remodeling. William "Bill" Bell, Vicki Nickelson and Jose "Jo Jo" Ramos have combined their strengths to create an unbeatable force in construction. They promised at the time they decided to launch Crown Hill Contracting that they would always operate with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship.

Bill's accomplishments include:

• Master technician in the fields of rough and finish framing, drywall, concrete and block
• More than 20 years of hands-on experience in all phases of remodeling work, including punch out and service for local homebuilders
• Constructed 1st working hurricane simulator in 1980 which is still in use at the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, Florida

Vicki's accomplishments include:

• Certified Residential Contractor License in 1996, Certified Building Contractor License in 2008
• Golden Hammer Award from MAME for $6 million in 1997  
• Personally built more than 1,000 single family homes from 1995 thru 2004 from pre-construction to homeowner orientation
• Builder of the Year 2004

Jo Jo's accomplishments include:

• Master technician in fields of rough and finish framing, drywall, concrete finishing, flooring installtion, door and window installation and roofing.
• Unique ability to create new floorplans and innovative ideas that can make any room or building more exciting and usable
• More than 20 years of hands-on experience in all phases of remodeling work, including punch out and service for local homebuilders and property managers.
