Accurate Estimating & Bid Services

We will act as your full time estimating department.  We know that many smaller companies cannot afford a full time estimator and that your profits depend on accurate takeoffs being used to determine what your bid price will be.

Material & Labor Takeoffs
We can take your plans (paper or digital) and provide you with a complete list of materials and labor breakdowns for you to price out with your own suppliers and subcontractors that you already use.

Bid Service
We can also take the extra step for you and price out your project using local vendors and subcontractors.  The companies used will be listed for you so that you can verify the information in your office.

The more detail you can provide on your plans and scopes of work, the better your estimate and pricing will be.
